Check your bike before each ride with the ABC QUICK CHECK. It only takes two minutes!

-A is for air on your tire. Check the pressure by squeezing your side wall. Use a floor pump to inflate your tire up to the designated PSI written on your tire.

-B is for brakes. Squeeze the brake levers, ensuring they’re not touching the handlebars, if so an adjustment may be needed. Also, make sure the front and back brakes are connected and working at the wheel. The brake pads should touch the rim when the levers are squeezed.

-C is for chain. Ensure your chain is properly mounted on the chain rings and cassette. Spin the chain to test it and make sure it is well oiled. Tip: tuck in your shoelaces so they don’t get stuck on the chain while riding.

-Quick is for quick releases. Check that your saddle is properly secured and not sliding up and down or side to side. Don’t forget to check your wheel quick releases as well!
-Finally, do a little bounce check of the entire bike and listen for any parts that might be loose or rattling.
Enjoy your ride!
